The businesswoman Mercedes Morales, Manager of “Mercedes Morales Properties” started her real estate company in 1990, chosing in 1993 Centro Plaza as the location to develop her venture.
After 24 years, Centro Plaza is proud to have been a participant in the success of this business, as since that date many clients have realised their dream of owning a property in Spain and many have been the negotiations to reach agreements with the collaboration of lawyers, builders, technicians and other professionals in the real estate sector and in this way provide a daily service which was efficient and profesional.
Today her Sales Department works with all types of properties as well as great investment opportunities, offering an excellent after sales service for all their clients.
From Centro Plaza, to commemorate its 25th anniversary, we wanted to hear from Mercedes Morales concerning her experiences:
Q: Why did you choose Centro Plaza to develop your business activity?
A: Because of where it is situated, in one of the main access roads to Nueva Andalucia, an extremely interesting area at that time because of its constant development and the fact that it was only 5 minutes away from Puerto Banus.
On the other hand, also because of the architecture and design of the centre, an open mediterranean style, in accordance with the climate and the light of Andalucia.
Q: Looking back on your experiences, do you think that Centro Plaza has evolved in accordance with the municipality of Marbella? Why?
A: Yes, its a centre that has invested in improvements and maintenance, in accordance with the passing of the years.
Q: What benefits would you say stand out in the past and ongoing development of your business in Centro Plaza?
A: The massive influx of people that the saturday market provides for the centre and , as I mentioned before, the strategic position.
Q: Describe your experience at Centro Plaza in two sentences:
A: “24 years in the Centre, I think that says it all!”
