During the period 10/2019 – 04/2023, we have had the honour of presiding over the Participatory Budgeting Committee of Nueva Andalucía, our beloved community. As part of the Nueva Andalucía Economic Development Taskforce, we have collaborated with political representatives, businesses, institutions, entrepreneurs, and dedicated residents to promote the growth and improvement of our community. Our main objective has been to efficiently channel the allocated resources and funds through participatory budgets towards projects that drive economic development and promote the well-being of all.
Throughout this period, we have worked closely with our stakeholders, listening to their proposals, needs, and priorities, using an approach based on transparency and citizen participation.
Our commitment has focused on promoting initiatives that foster job creation, business promotion, and the improvement of infrastructure and services in Nueva Andalucía. We have sought our community’s common benefit and progress through teamwork and collaboration.
We want to express our gratitude to all the participants and collaborators who have contributed to the success of this endeavour. We have built a more prosperous and sustainable future for Nueva Andalucía.
