At Centro Plaza, we are firmly committed to the future and adopting responsible business practices. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that our Manager, Carlos García Perujo, actively participated this Wednesday, June 4th, in the critical event “Integrating Sustainability into my Business: Where Do I Start?”.

This important meeting, held at the Málaga Chamber of Commerce, was a collaborative initiative of the Chamber itself, the Málaga CSR Forum, the Málaga Business Confederation (CEM), and the Sando Foundation. The main objective was clear: to raise awareness and guide Málaga companies in the effective integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria into their business models.
The event featured high-level presentations, such as Juan Manuel Llamas Linero’s on the carbon footprint and Jose Joya’s on the regulatory context for sustainability. The need for educational training in this area was also discussed in depth, as highlighted by Esther Sánchez Manzano, Executive Vice President of Sando, who emphasized that “companies must be profitable in the short term and seek balance because otherwise, we will not survive.”
Our Manager, Carlos García Perujo, shared Centro Plaza’s vision and experience in the panel discussion “Trends and Opportunities in Sustainable Management.” Moderated by Jose Joya, this panel explored the new avenues and benefits that sustainability offers to today’s businesses, sharing the space with leading professionals such as Manuel Martínez y Martínez (BCMGestionARTE Group), Sonia Arias García (EBV Consulting & Learning), and Alejandro Rodríguez Merino (AENOR).
At Centro Plaza, it is essential to participate in these forums of knowledge and exchange. Sustainability is not just a trend but an essential pillar for the development and sustainability of any business project. We will continue working to incorporate best practices and contribute to a more sustainable environment for all.
