If anything can boast the city of Marbella is its beaches, where coupled with its privileged microclimate, turns out to be an idyllic setting to spend the mornings and afternoons of summer.

They are a total of 23 beaches along its 27 km of coast and most of them awarded with Blue Flags which attest to their high quality. To be informed, we have configured our “Top Five” of “the best beaches in Marbella”:  

Cabopino Beach

Located in a protected area of sand dunes near to Marbella known as ‘Las Dunas de Artola’ (Artola’s dunes). Fine golden sand and crystal clear water make this the perfect spot for enjoying nature and nudism.

Puerto Banus Beach

This beach with fine golden sand is in Puerto Banus. Given its proximity to the marina, it offers top quality facilities including restaurants, bars, shops and other comforts.

Los Monteros Beach

Beach with sand dunes and a variety of services including beach bars and showers. Water sports such as windsurfing can be practised here thanks to the good waves, and it is particularly popular with young people.

Venus Beach

This is a centrally situated beach with beach bars and other services, including special accesses for the disabled. It is a lively area between the marina and Marbella’s fishing port, and offers a sun bed service.

Bajadilla Beach

La Bajadilla beach, 700 m long and very popular with families, is next to the fishing port. Perfect for a day filled with sunshine and fun.
