For this reason, last week we were honoured to participate in an event organised by <strong>REM (Network of Female Entrepreneurs of Marbella and Campo de Gibraltar)<\/strong>, a leading association in promoting female talent in our region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commitment to the Community and CSR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the event, our General Manager, <strong>Carlos Garc\u00eda Perujo<\/strong>, had the opportunity to outline Centro Plaza\u2019s vision and, most importantly, explain how our management is intrinsically linked to a <strong>Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy in Marbella<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For us, being an active part of our surroundings is not merely an option\u2014it is a responsibility. Carlos highlighted how the centre works daily to be a driver of local growth, supporting initiatives that encourage networking, entrepreneurship, and collaboration between local associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cOur goal is for Centro Plaza to be an ecosystem where businesses do not just coexist, but grow together within a framework of social commitment and mutual support,\u201d<\/em> Carlos noted during his speech.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An Ecosystem for Local Talent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Collaboration with associations like <strong>REM<\/strong> is fundamental to our roadmap. These meetings allow us to hear first-hand the needs of businesswomen and entrepreneurs in the area, enabling us to adapt our services and spaces to facilitate their success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Centro Plaza\u2019s CSR strategy<\/strong> is based on three fundamental pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Supporting the local business fabric:<\/strong> By fostering strategic alliances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Community integration:<\/strong> Serving as the central <em>Meeting Point<\/em> for Nueva Andaluc\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustainability and ethics:<\/strong> Maintaining quality standards that respect and improve our environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to thank REM for the invitation and the excellent organisation of the event.
