Designed by architect Javier Ban\u00fas, its bright \u201cplaza overlooking the sea\u201d says it all about Marbella\u2019s signature quality and serves as a multicultural meeting point, with 28 per cent of its businesses originating from Nordic countries. As the fourth most distinctive shopping centre in Malaga province, Centro Plaza is still today building community, identity, and economic growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Centro Plaza\u2019s diverse business ecosystem, from supermarkets and law firms to international restaurants and tech companies, is all part of Marbella\u2019s global appeal. The centre also acts as a logistical centre point, with asset management firms and real estate agencies which support operations along the Costa del Sol.
